PREP Program Demographics and Outcomes

The PREP Program at Northwestern has had 18 NIH supported scholars enroll and complete the PREP program since its start in 2017. Additionally, the PREP program has hosted 3 affiliate scholars supported through institutional funding or partner programs.

Program Demographics

PREP scholars come from undergraduate institutions across the U.S and territories and from a broad range of interests and research backgrounds. Overall, we have trained 13 female and 8 male scholars from backgrounds underrepresented in the biomedical sciences.
